JSC POLEMA is a leading manufacturer of powder metals and PM parts, providing an excellent base for the production of raw materials for MIM processes.
The initial raw material for MIM process is a mixture of a binder and fine metal powder, known as "feedstock". The metal powder is produced by spraying metal with a particle size of 5 to 20 microns.
The applications of MIM-manufactured parts vary from machine-building (elements of cutting tool, gear wheels); precision engineering, tool engineering, to motor vehicel construction (door locks, fuel injection system, active safety systems, electric drives for doors), power tools (parts of perforators and electric drills), medicine (surgical tools, implants), etc.
Currently, JSC POLEMA is renovating its existing production facilities and introducing state-of-the-art processes and advanced equipment, which will help expand the range of produced powders and improve their quality.
